Account deletion
Rithim is provided by The Rithim Collective Ltd. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Rithim and go to Settings.
- Open Privacy & Data Security.
- Choose Delete My Account and confirm the deletion.
The in-app option permanently deletes your Rithim account and associated data from the service immediately after you confirm. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the email address on your Rithim account. If you cannot send from that address, include your Rithim username so we can identify the account. We will complete a verified request within 30 days.

When your Rithim account is deleted, we remove the account and profile information, symptom and cycle logs, medication information and logs, notes, invitations, and feedback associated with the account. For in-app deletion, removal from Rithim's active systems happens immediately after confirmation.
What may be retained
Some records are held by services that process payments or email for us, rather than in your Rithim account. RevenueCat and Apple App Store or Google Play may retain subscription and purchase records under their own retention policies. Resend may retain email delivery logs under its retention policy. These provider records are not removed by deleting your Rithim account.
Deleting a Rithim account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately in your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewals.
