1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Rithim application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rithim is a cycle-aware ADHD symptom tracking application that allows you to log daily symptoms, track medications, receive phase-aware suggestions, and view patterns over time. The App is available as a free version and a premium subscription tier (Rithim Plus).

3. Not Medical Advice

Rithim is designed as a self-awareness and tracking tool. The information, insights, suggestions, and daily actions provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App does not diagnose ADHD, hormonal conditions, or any other medical condition. The cycle phase estimations are based on general averages and your self-reported data — they are not clinically validated measurements.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in Rithim. If you have concerns about your health, always consult your doctor, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the App.

5. Subscriptions (Rithim Plus)

Rithim Plus is a premium subscription that provides additional features including personalised insights, pattern analysis, daily micro-actions, and expert content. Rithim Plus costs €7.95 per month.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to collect data about other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of KOA Psychology Limited and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rithim and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Rithim is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In particular, we make no warranty that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The insights or suggestions provided will be accurate or reliable
• Any health-related information will be suitable for making medical decisions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rithim, its creator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time using the in-app deletion feature (Settings > Privacy & Data Security > Delete My Account), which permanently removes all your data from our servers immediately. You may also contact us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
